As a key member of our café team, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Manage daily café operations efficiently including ordering supplies, inventory control and employee scheduling.
- Lead by example, motivating and mentoring front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding results.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
For this role, we are seeking a hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and lead a team.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
- Strong barista skills with knowledge of coffee machine maintenance.
- Ability to work in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field an asset.
