About Our Café
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Assistant Café Manager at our esteemed establishment.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to assist in the daily operations of our café, including store cleanliness and presentation. You will also be responsible for planning and executing marketing promotions, leading by example to drive team members to deliver exceptional guest service and experience.
You will work closely with our management team to manage people-related tasks, including training and development, coaching and feedback. Your goal will be to ensure that all guests receive an outstanding experience during their visit.
About The Role
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' management experience, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to lead and effectively communicate with a team.
- An energetic, positive attitude, with a can-do approach to providing exceptional guest service.
- A passion for hospitality and a love for the energy it brings.
