Our Team is Seeking a Café Leader
">We are looking for a skilled and professional Café Leader to join our team at Blacktown Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all operations, both front and back of house, and ensuring that our customers receive a timely, efficient, and courteous service.
">About the Role:
">- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplies to minimize waste and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that food safety compliance is maintained at all times.
- Work closely with other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and secure the best possible deals.
Requirements:
">- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays, and to cover shifts as required.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other relevant software applications.
