Lead Café Supervisor Opportunity

Miss Maud is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our café team.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Supervise, train, and support café staff to ensure smooth operations.
    • Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Meet sales targets and manage cash handling accurately.
    • Lead by example to foster a positive work environment.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
    • Manage stock and inventory levels effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in a similar fast-paced setting.
