Sales Growth Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Driver to join our Dandenong branch team. As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their sales career to the next level. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders via phone and email, supporting a diverse customer base, and attending to sales enquiries/providing technical support.
- Provide customer service - counter sales and via phone
- Process orders via phone and email
- Support a diverse customer base in providing product support
- Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support
- Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in hydraulics/industrial products. Hose and Fitting background will be an advantage.
- Mechanical aptitude in an automotive or industrial industry.
- Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving.
- Experience in customer service in a retail/trade environment.
- Ability to engage with people and build good customer rapport.
- Computer literacy, experience using Pronto would be advantageous.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including uniforms supplied, excellent work environment and team culture, recognition programs and incentives, on-the-job training and ongoing career development, career growth opportunities, attractive retail discounts, paid volunteer leave days, parental leave top-up allowance, and employee assistance program access.
