About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Front Office team as a Front Office Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Engage with guests to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Support the front office team in operational tasks, such as managing reservations and credit card transactions.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to provide expert recommendations to guests.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Working knowledge of property management systems, such as OPERA.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as NSW RSA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
