Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive support to corporate communication and graphic design partners. This involves leveraging expertise in design reporting best practices and the Workiva platform to deliver high-quality reporting and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and manage ongoing relationships with corporate communication partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
  • Evaluate and establish partnerships designed for enablement, empowering partners to deliver services to customers and supporting design-related issues or escalations within Workiva.
  • Develop a strategic plan and partner scorecard, monitoring deployment health and satisfaction, and collecting feedback to optimize performance and achieve shared KPIs and long-term goals.
  • Cultivate strong collaboration with partner organizations, fostering cross-team understanding of partner capabilities and deployment strategies, aligning on a shared ecosystem growth vision to maximize Workiva adoption and value, and communicating upcoming partner program initiatives.
  • Support and align GTM strategies with partners (campaigns, co-branded content, joint events, and enablement) in partnership with internal marketing and sales teams; track, measure, and adjust the impact of these activities to drive seamless execution and lead generation.
  • Provide training and ongoing enablement to identified Corporate Communications Partners, ensuring their design and production teams can successfully prepare highly designed reports on the Workiva Platform.
  • Maintain Workiva's high standards by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing client needs.
  • Assist internal Customer Success, Sales, and other internal practices in understanding Corporate Communication Partners within their duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Practical knowledge of InDesign and associated ecosystems.
  • A minimum of 8 years of related client-facing career experience - design reporting, partner management, client services, corporate communications, or similar.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
