This role will be to support the National Corporate Partnerships Team - for The National Breast Cancer Foundation and support the team to execute engagement initiatives for their large portfolio of corporate partners.

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The Partnerships Coordinator plays a vital part in supporting with the workflow of the corporate partnerships team and assisting with the successful delivery of contractual obligations to corporate partners of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as a corporate partnership coordinator, fundraising, account coordination, high level customer service or administration role. You will have a demonstrated ability to coordinate a diverse portfolio of stakeholders and foster strong relationships.

The Partnerships Coordinator will support the Corporate Partnerships Team to maintain and nurture relationships with corporate partners, aid with partnership activations, due diligence, prospect research, proposals, onboarding, content approvals and administrational tasks.

You will be comfortable working in a geographically dispersed team environment and happy to travel interstate from time to time to support key partnership activities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Conduct research to identify optimal partnership opportunities for the Corporate Partnerships team.
- Assist in crafting high-quality partnership proposals that align with NBCF's strategic goals and partner objectives.
- Provide logístical and administrative support for various team activities and events.
- Aid in onboarding corporate partners by conveying key messages and ensuring adherence to brand and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain accurate promotion of Corporate Partners on the website.
- Effectively develop and support team collaboration, maintain strong internal relationships, represent the Corporate Partnerships team at meetings, provide regular updates to the line manager, and collaborate with key members of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team to optimize portfolio opportunities and enhance partner experience.
- Efficiently manage partner data on the NBCF database, provide updates to the National Partnerships Manager, monitor corporate partner content for brand consistency, and assist in tracking contractual deliverables for all partners.

**QUALIFICATIONS, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Demonstrated proficiency in B2B relationship management and relevant work experience in roles like corporate partnership coordination, fundraising, or high-level customer service, account coordination or similar.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a flexible approach.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- Proactive and demonstrate a "can do " attitude.
- Comfortable with agile work, can think on your feet and switch priorities at any given time.
