About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Partnerships Manager to drive business growth and partnerships for impact. The successful candidate will implement the corporate partnership strategy, develop new business opportunities, build relationships, create campaigns, and collaborate with teams to achieve fundraising targets.

  • Develop and execute the corporate partnership strategy to achieve cash and in-kind fundraising targets.
  • Identify and secure new corporate partners through industry connections, networks, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships by managing existing partnerships and delivering tailored benefits to maximise engagement, fundraising revenue, and brand visibility.
  • Create and deliver compelling campaigns by preparing proposals, managing cause-related marketing, and collaborating on events to reduce costs and boost outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the events, philanthropy, and marketing teams to ensure corporate partners are engaged, recognised, and celebrated.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or fundraising with a strong track record in business development and managing key accounts.
  • Exceptional relationship and communication skills to engage, influence, and network with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Partnership and campaign expertise in developing partnerships and executing campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
  • Understanding of the not-for-profit sector and experience working with corporate partnerships or sponsorships.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail, strong budget management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
