Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Goulburn. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and issues.

Job Summary:

This is a 2-month contract position that requires a high level of customer service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and provide excellent support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or mail
  • Provide solutions to customer problems by utilizing knowledge articles and escalating complex issues to relevant departments
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Outlook and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High level of customer service skills and experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Classic is beneficial but not required
