Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate customer service expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail and/or customer service, with a strong focus on providing genuine service and building effective relationships with customers.

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful individual will be committed to contributing to the store's success and be available to work weekends and flexible to work other days if requested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Analyse customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
