Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing hot and cold food accurately, neatly and in a timely manner.
  • FOLLOWING recipes precisely and maintaining food preparation processes.
  • Preparing food as needed, anticipating and adapting to customer demand.
  • Maintaining proper portion control and consistency while monitoring food levels.
  • Maintaining high standards of food handling, safety, and sanitation.
  • Providing a friendly and high-quality customer experience to each guest.
  • Understanding and communicating Zambrero food with confidence.
