About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and providing high-quality support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Triage and respond to basic customer enquiries using knowledge articles
  • Use computer systems and templates to respond to enquiries
  • Utilize knowledge articles to answer relevant enquiries or refer them to other departments where appropriate
  • Respond to enquiries which require minimal level of investigation
  • Deal with E Toll Enquires such as account enquiries, closing enquiries, checking balances, adding vehicles etc.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills required
  • Proficient in MS Outlook
  • Previous experience using Salesforce Classic is beneficial but not required
