Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in this exciting role as a Customer Service Representative. The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering positive face-to-face customer service experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • To create a positive relationship with all customers through various interaction channels, maintaining a professionally courteous and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate and effective customer service consistent with the agency's vision, mission, values, practices, and procedures.
  • Research, analyse and resolve enquiries from various channels to ensure timely and effective outcomes for customers.
  • Acknowledge, accurately record and resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues through appropriate channels.
  • Provide advice and assistance to build customer capability regarding products and services.
  • Perform administrative activities, including creating and updating records, in line with privacy requirements and legislative obligations.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, achieving goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and proposing new ideas to improve work processes and support continuous improvement.
Working Hours and Roster

The Service Centre operating hours vary between locations. You can check the opening hours for each Service Centre here. Part-time: 40 hours per fortnight.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with part-time working hours available.
