Job Title: Strategic HR Business Systems Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic HR Business Systems Specialist to support the development and implementation of cutting-edge HR technologies.

This role will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of HR and workforce management initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the HR function to analyse, document, and optimise processes across the full employee lifecycle—from Hire to Retire.

Expertise in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or UKG is essential in driving system enhancements and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

  • Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within HR or Human Capital Management domains
  • Strong understanding of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and associated HR processes
  • Hands-on experience with HR technologies such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or UKG
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience in HR transformation or system implementation projects is highly desirable

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in HR-related fields (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
