Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

This role is a pivotal part of the HR team, leading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across the business.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the adoption and success of the new HRIS system, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project from initiation to completion, liaising with various stakeholders in HR, IT, and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure system alignment and success.
  • Oversight and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules.
  • Review and refine system configurations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Support data validation efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of system information.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all system-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to end users.
  • Maintain and update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
  • Contribution to changing management initiatives, including the creation of training materials.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of post-launch issues to ensure seamless system usage.
  • Active contribution to the success of the HR team and the wider organisation.
