We are seeking a highly capable professional to support a leading organisation through a critical phase of transformation in their HR systems landscape.

Job Description

This role will play a key part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the effective delivery of HR and workforce management initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the HR function to analyse, document, and optimise processes across the full employee lifecycle—from Hire to Retire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document business requirements for HR system enhancements and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of HR technologies.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for HR systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR technologies, including SAP HCM or SuccessFactors, and/or Workforce Management platforms like Dayforce or UKG. Additionally, they should have experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
