Job Opportunity

The Global HR Systems Administrator is a key role within an organization, responsible for enhancing and supporting HR technology. The successful candidate will have expertise in administering SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms, with a deep understanding of HR processes, data management, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals) and Litmos.
  • Data Management & Integrity: Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data through regular audits, data validation, and clean-up processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Design, generate, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR, management, and business decision-makers.
  • Process Improvement & Optimisation: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
About You:
  • 5+ years' experience administering SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, data management, and HR systems best practices.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting tools within SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
