Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide strategic HR support to our business leaders and teams.

About the Role:

  • Support our Technology & Transformation business by providing expert advice on employee relations, talent acquisition, and learning and development.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent teams across Leadership and Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility, and Employee Relations to deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships with business leaders and teams, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Contribute to national projects that enhance employee lifecycle experiences and drive business success.

About You:

  • 3-5 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry or function.
  • Strong HR business partnering background and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a complex matrix environment.
  • Excellent HR generalist skills, including recruitment, employee relations, and learning and development.
  • Confidence in managing Employee Relations matters and negotiating with leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically, be tenacious, resilient, and outcome-focused.
