We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Service Delivery Director to join our team. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, with estimated annual remuneration ranging from $130,000 to $180,000 AUD, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

The Senior IT Service Delivery Director will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT systems services to clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Asset management to ensure proper accountability of hardware and software assets, including warranties, licenses, and contractual arrangements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate changes to contracts and agreements.
  • Monitoring and managing contracted service levels to ensure quality and value for money in deliverables across multiple initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  • An excellent understanding of Commonwealth procurement processes.
  • A general understanding of End User License Agreements and warranties.
  • Strong negotiation skills to engage and manage contractual arrangements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
