Job Summary:

The ACT Government's Community Services Directorate is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Director, Contract Management to lead the oversight and strategic management of the Total Facilities Management Agreement.

As part of the Infrastructure and Contracts Branch, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective relationship management between the Government and the provider, achieving the expected outcomes for the portfolio of assets and the tenants residing within them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Contract Management Team in the oversight and strategic management of the Total Facilities Management Agreement.
  • Develop and implement governance and performance frameworks to ensure the effective management of the contract.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the expected outcomes for the portfolio of assets and the tenants residing within them.
  • Ensure the effective relationship management between the Government and the provider.

Requirements:

  • Contract Management experience, including the application of governance and performance frameworks.
  • Experience leading teams within a large-scale contract management environment.
  • Experience operating in a senior management capacity.
  • Contract, Project or Procurement management qualifications (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable.
