Job Title: SEO Strategist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Strategist to drive measurable growth in organic traffic, rankings, and revenue for our clients through comprehensive SEO strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and industry best practices, and expertise in at least one specialized area such as technical SEO, content strategy, or analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO integration into overall marketing plans.
  • Stay ahead of industry changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends.
Technical SEO:
  • Conduct site audits to identify crawl, indexing, performance, and mobile optimization issues.
  • Implement structured data/schema markup to enhance SERP visibility.
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and URL structures for search performance.
On-Page Optimization:
  • Optimize meta tags, headings, content, and images for target keywords and search intent.
  • Partner with content teams to develop SEO-friendly copy and landing pages.
Off-Page SEO & Link Acquisition:
  • Develop link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Identify partnership and PR opportunities to earn high-quality backlinks.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Provide clients with clear, actionable reporting and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of professional SEO experience, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
  • A strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
