The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, high-growth technology, or transformational leadership roles, with proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business change.
They will also have strong experience in digital marketing strategy, analytics, and campaign execution — ideally within professional services, executive search, or B2B technology.
Additionally, they should be a creative problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills, able to cut through noise to find root causes and actionable solutions.

- Designing and executing C&T's digital marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and thought leadership across digital channels
- Overseeing digital campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid platforms, ensuring measurable ROI
- Building and managing key analytics dashboards to evaluate the success of digital initiatives
