Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the daily operations of our public website and digital marketing programs. As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer experience enhancements across all digital platforms, implementing effective lead-generation campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field with 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a digital marketer in a B2B or B2C organization.
  • Proven experience in managing email marketing, SEO, SEM, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and personalization.
  • Direct experience working in a Content Management System (CMS) platform.
  • Practical knowledge of website optimization and user experience (UX).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and UX design tools.
  • Experience using Act-On or similar email marketing platforms to create and manage campaigns, segment audiences, and analyze results.
  • Experience using Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms to manage various social media platforms, create content, run social media advertising, and manage communities.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM or paid advertising, including understanding on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and paid campaign creation, management, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports.
  • Understanding of lead management processes, tools, and flows.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, handle a heavy workload, and organize tasks in parallel.
  • Ability to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends.
