Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing activities on a flexible, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on skills in digital marketing and social media, and offers the chance to work with an innovative business that is thriving in this sector.
About the Role- Assist in all areas of lead generation and marketing support, including developing and maintaining newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns.
- Plan, set up, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
- Report on outcomes with data and insights to guide future campaigns.
- Contribute to brainstorming initiatives and propose internal/external ideas to help promote awareness of the company brand.
- Collaborate with a Graphic Designer to deliver campaign assets and co-create innovative campaigns in a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain organized records and be able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years' experience in marketing or brand management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social networking platforms and understanding of analytics.
