Expert Mortgage Servicer

MERS specialists play a pivotal role in mortgage servicing. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing MERS activations, transfers, and monthly reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process MERS-related transactions efficiently, adhering to established timelines.
  • Manage and retain critical documents required for audits and annual reports.
  • Perform loan data entry and report activation dates accurately within the LOS system.
  • Pull and review reports from the MERS website, identifying discrepancies between systems.
  • Address any inconsistencies by researching and following through on necessary reconciliations.

This role requires extensive knowledge of MERS guidelines and system requirements, as well as proven compliance standards. Experience with Encompass and Dovenmuehle (DMI) for sub-servicing is also essential.
