Key Role Summary

This is a strategic and results-driven leadership position to lead our data-driven brand marketing initiatives supporting business banking.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing analytics, data management, and reporting, as well as business acumen and leadership capabilities to drive performance and growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for marketing stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to align marketing strategies with business goals. Mentor and lead a team of analysts or data specialists.
  • Analytics & Insights: Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards and KPIs across digital channels (social, programmatic, display, email). Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to generate actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization analysis.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Oversee the collection, integration, and governance of marketing data from multiple platforms. Automate and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with stakeholder influence.
  • Proven leadership experience driving business impact through data.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution modeling.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles supporting digital marketing analytics, data management, or marketing performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Excel, and marketing automation platforms.
