Strategic HR Leader Sought

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. As the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for developing and leading our people strategy forward.

Purpose of the Role
  • Provide strategic expertise to the Leadership Team.
  • Enable a safe, inclusive, and highly engaged workplace to achieve strategic objectives.

The ideal person will have:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership.
  • A deep understanding of HR functions.
  • A strategic mindset.
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

This is a critical role that will report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for developing the people strategy and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the organization's overall vision and goals.
  • To lead the HR function and provide strategic advice to the Leadership Team.
  • To enable a safe, inclusive, and highly engaged workplace by promoting a positive organizational culture.
