Strategic HR Business Partner

Key Role

Challenge Community Services is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to drive organisational performance and align HR practices with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and success
  • Lead organisational design, culture change, workforce planning and succession management
  • Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, policy development, risk management and compliance
  • Represent the organisation in union consultations, negotiations, investigations and disputes resolution
  • Drive implementation of performance management, talent programs, leadership development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant degree qualification and 5+ years of senior HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial instruments and HR policy
  • Proven ability to lead change, culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives
  • High-level consultation, coaching and influencing skills with leaders and managers
  • Ability to work under limited direction, exercising judgement and strategic thinking
