This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to work at a senior level while maintaining a work-life balance. This part-time position will commence at 14-21 hours per week with the view that the position will grow over time.

You will support several clients across a broad range of industries, many without internal HR. You will have flexibility to work on clients’ sites as well as your home offer to deliver sound advice and support. As a true HR generalist, your day may include:

- Performance management
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Policy development
- Training & development
- Industrial relations and award interpretation
