**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Development Specialist to join our team in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and build strong relationships with key clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, exceeding client expectations, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the Large Enterprise team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Manage customer inquiries, provide data-driven insights, and coordinate issue resolution within SLAs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, identify opportunities for growth, and provide exceptional service.
  • Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposal documentation and support contract renewal efforts.
  • Operational Review Meetings: Attend regular meetings with customers, drive service management improvements, and monitor usage.
  • Account Maintenance: Maintain regular customer communication, provide product updates, and resolve urgent emails.

About Us:

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits including a health plan rate, life assurance, income protection, and flexible working arrangements.
