Job Title: Commercial Lending Business Professional

We are seeking an experienced commercial lending professional to join our team in Chinatown. As a business banker, you will be responsible for providing tailored financial solutions to Australian small businesses and helping them succeed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lending or B2B sales, sound financial analysis skills, and excellent customer engagement skills. You will also have the ability to facilitate conversations with customers to understand their needs, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and proactively engage customers to support their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate great customer conversations to understand customer goals and needs and provide relevant and timely solutions.">
  • Proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals.">
  • Be a brand ambassador within the local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition.">
  • Regular attendance to key stakeholder meetings to help build awareness of our Small Business service offering and proactively work together to build referral partnerships.">
  • Other responsibilities may include hosting small business education events, supporting retention of client relationships, and contributing to business development within the local business community.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.">
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.">
  • Excellent customer engagement skills (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face).">
  • Mandarin language skills preferred.">
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willing to obtain this within 6 months.">
  • Passion for small business customers or experience in managing a small business.">
