Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5–10 years' experience in commercial lending, business banking, or portfolio management
- Demonstrated ability to assess, structure, and write commercial credit deals
- Strong relationship skills with brokers and clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A commercial mindset with a balanced approach to risk and opportunity
