Industry Experts Wanted

We're seeking experienced Business Bankers who are passionate about supporting small businesses and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Originate and manage commercial lending solutions up to $1.25 M, along with asset finance, merchant services, and everyday banking products.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their business and personal needs, offering insights and solutions that support their goals.
  • Represent the bank within your local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition and hosting educational events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen referral partnerships and enhance service delivery.

What We Look For:

Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.

Home lending experience and sound financial analysis skills.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Passion for small business customers or experience running a small business.

FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation.

Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Cert IV in Banking Services or equivalent (preferred).
