Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and initiate fulfilment of business products for Small Business Banking customers, providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Conduct non face-to-face needs-based conversations for clients with identified new opportunities.
  • Complete proactive outbound calls to existing Small Business Banking clients supported by the Customer Engagement Engine and Next Best Conversations.
  • Provide high-quality, timely, and exceptional support & customer service when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with customers delivering exceptional customer service to complete loan settlement tasks including obtaining additional information, ordering valuations, arrangement documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience in commercial lending and/or B2B sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face).
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience facilitating conversations with customers to understand their needs, managing a pipeline of opportunities to meet customers' expectations, and facilitating proactive customer contact.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation.
  • Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willing to obtain this within 6 months.
