Product Management Expert

We are seeking a Product Management Expert to join our Business Lending Transformation team.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of our business, with a legacy spanning over 200 years. Our team is highly capable and collaborative, working in a supportive and results-driven environment.

This role is a critical component of our business lending transformation strategy, focused on designing and delivering a market-leading digital experience for both our people and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to plan and prioritise tasks that support the product roadmap and business goals.
  • Requirements Definition: Lead the design and definition of business requirements for prioritised features aimed at digitising and automating business lending origination processes.
  • Feature Delivery: Partner with Experience Designers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to ensure features meet functional requirements and deliver measurable business value.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with business and risk teams to create compliant solutions that improve controls and manage risks during implementation.
  • Return on Investment: Ensure delivery of return on investment by guiding the squad toward achieving optimal customer and business outcomes.
  • Change Management: Support the Change Management team with implementation, adoption, business readiness, and go-to-market planning.
  • Agile Ways of Working: Promote and maintain efficient and agile ways of working within the squad.

About You:

We are looking for a commercially astute and engaging individual who is a passionate product management professional adept at working collaboratively in Agile structured corporate environments.

Domain experience within Banking & Financial Services, especially in Business Lending / Credit origination SME, is advantageous.
