This is a high-impact role that requires a lending expert to build strong relationships within the local community and drive business growth. As a Mobile Lending Manager, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, nurturing leads, and tailoring lending solutions to meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Proactively building a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities and establishing referral partnerships
- Guiding customers seamlessly through the lending process and providing them with confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals
- Strengthening your community presence by building your personal brand and nurturing existing bank relationships
- Leveraging your credit analysis expertise to ensure positive lending outcomes and helping to future-proof customer financial success
- Developing lasting relationships within the community and positioning yourself as a trusted lending expert who's always ready to support customers' needs
- Extensive experience in consumer lending
- Strong networks and ability to self-generate new business opportunities
- High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly and assess their needs
- Highly developed credit analysis skills
- Understanding of small business offerings
