Job Description

The Hotel Services Team Leader plays a vital role in delivering high-quality housekeeping and cleaning services that prioritize infection control, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents.

This position is currently available in the Adelaide region and its surrounding areas.

About You

We are seeking a compassionate individual with excellent customer service skills, strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. You will build supportive relationships and strive to maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.

While experience in aged care is not necessary, you should be aligned with our values and able to demonstrate previous leadership or supervisory experience in a similar environment.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or Commercial Cookery Certificate IV (desired)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling hotel services supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use and timely replenishment. Additionally, you will participate in the recruitment and training of new hotel service staff.
