Hotel Operations Lead Role

As Hotel Operations Lead, you will assume full responsibility for hotel operations overnight, acting as Duty Manager and representing senior leadership in the absence of the General Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, addressing any issues that may arise, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key skills required include strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems and improving efficiency. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is highly desirable, along with relevant work experience in a similar role.
