Senior Operations Manager Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership across the hotel, ensuring smooth handovers, effective communication, and real-time resolution of guest and operational issues.
  • Act on behalf of the General Manager and hotel leadership when required, safeguarding business continuity and guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated luxury hospitality experience.
  • Effective communication across all levels.
  • Calm confidence in leading hotel operations.
  • Skilled in Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office, and reporting procedures.
  • Current RSA, RP, First Aid certification, and full driver's license.
  • Full availability over a 24/7 rotating roster.
  • Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
