Job Title:

Lead Technical Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all technical operations across the hotel's facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian building standards and regulations.
  • Act as Chief Fire Warden to ensure fire safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Champion hotel environmental and sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and promote eco-friendly practices.
  • Maintain Hilton Brand Standards through effective technical operations management.

The Lead Technical Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing all technical operations, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, structural elements, and landscaping. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Electrical, Plumbing, or Mechanical trade qualification.
  • Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility with rostering and availability 24/7 in case of an emergency.
