Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Advocate for inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Engage and collaborate with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to enhance disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
