Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create job opportunities that align with client needs
  • Promote inclusive employment practices and champion workforce diversity
  • Develop partnerships with employers to address skill shortages through innovative recruitment strategies
  • Broker work experience to enhance participant skills and match employer needs
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants through adjustments and disability awareness training
  • Facilitate training programs to boost disability confidence among employers
  • Build networks to create job opportunities and promote the organization's services
  • Meet or exceed performance benchmarks while upholding organizational values

About the Role

You will work closely with clients to understand their career goals and preferences. This includes identifying potential job matches and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
