About The Role:

You will work closely with clients to explore their career aspirations, build confidence, and support them into sustainable employment opportunities. Your expertise in understanding employer needs and providing tailored solutions will be invaluable in driving outcomes for all parties involved.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  2. Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health conditions.
  3. Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  4. Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  5. Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  6. Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  7. Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  8. Promote our organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  9. Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  10. Champion our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

About You:

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for making a difference. You may have experience in employment services or a genuine interest in this field.
