  • Champion inclusive workforce diversity, focusing on employers who prioritize accessibility and disability confidence training.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with employers to address skill shortages through tailored recruitment approaches.
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider of person-centered employment services, empowering individuals to achieve their career goals.
  • Deliver high-quality support, meeting internal and external performance benchmarks while championing Breakthru's values of inclusion and empowerment.

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
