  • Cultivating relationships with employers to address skill shortages through innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Bridging work experience gaps to enhance participant skills and assess employer compatibility.
  • Preparing workplaces to accommodate and retain participants via disability adjustments and training.
  • Facilitating employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Nurturing employer and community networks to generate job opportunities.
  • Representing our organization as a trusted partner supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving their career objectives.
  • Meting or exceeding internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Embodying the organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centered practice.
