Employment Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Employment Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives through tailored employment solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers, while also supporting them to develop the skills needed to become job-ready.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to secure employment opportunities for participants
  • Provide training and support services to enhance participants' employability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including employers and community groups, to deliver quality service
  • Design and implement personalized job plans to facilitate clear employment pathways
  • Maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

We offer comprehensive training to help you leverage your transferable skills into a new career in employment services. To be eligible for this role, you must have eligibility to work in Australia, a current driver's licence, and a comprehensively insured vehicle.

You will also need a MyGovID (Standard level), be willing to complete a National Police Check, and able to pass a Working with Children Check. Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm is required.
