
Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building long-term relationships with clients in Canberra and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote and onsite technical support to enable informed business decisions regarding warranties, installation practices, and adherence to relevant industry standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the role is recognized as a value-add by both internal staff and external customers.
- Work closely with global technical teams to share technical knowledge and develop globally aligned solutions.
- Contribute to the development of technical white papers and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct practical installer training sessions.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in structured cabling industries.
- Strong understanding of the Structured Cabling marketplace in ANZ and deep technical knowledge of copper and fibre Structured Cabling Solutions.
- Background in Structured Cabling Installation practices and a solid understanding of relevant industry standards.
- Strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize, and manage workload independently.
- BICSI - RCDD accreditation and ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
