Business Development Manager - Architectural Solutions

We are seeking a commercially astute professional to drive business growth and develop strong relationships within the architectural community.

About the Role
  • Engage with architectural firms to present innovative solutions and generate new project opportunities
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships within the commercial specification space
  • Manage the full project cycle from initial consultation through to completion
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with both new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with architects during the design stage to provide tailored and innovative design solutions
  • Prepare detailed project estimates and track project progress through regular reporting
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide strategic insights to the business
About You
  • A proven track record in business development within construction or architectural solutions
  • Strong understanding of the commercial construction process
  • An established network of architectural contacts within the region
  • Demonstrated success in managing a structured sales process and influencing stakeholders
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to grasp new products, applications, and design concepts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • An innovative mindset with the drive to deliver unique outcomes for clients
  • High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, client-focused attitude
