Business Development Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and market analysis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the development and execution of business strategies that drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and foster innovation within the organization.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
The role requires a deep understanding of the Defence sector and its trends, as well as experience in developing and executing business plans that align with organizational goals.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop proposal responses, and negotiate contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and foster innovation within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and trend identification to inform business development strategies.
- Develop and manage proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- At least 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the Defence sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Defence sector, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
